New Finance Instruction (FI 7A) on COVID-19 expenditure including procurement thresholds

A new Finance Instruction has been issued by the Department of Finance and National Control Centre on 1 October 2020.  This Instruction provides assistance to Provinces and Districts on the utilising funds for COVID-19 response including procurement thresholds and the requirement to undertake bank reconciliations.  All funds provided for and used in COVID-19 response can only be conducted from authorised bank accounts established for the purpose of COVID-19 response.
