Bid Security:
A Bid Security is not required for bid amounts less than PG K1 Million. A refundable fee of PG K50,000.00 bank cheque or valid bank guarantee per tender must be submitted for any bid amount between PG K1 Million to PG K10 Million. Bid amounts exceeding PGK10 Million are required to submit PG K100,000.00 bank cheque or valid bank guarantee together with their bid submission for each tender. BID SECURITY FOR SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS WILL BE RETAINED.
